Stopped in yesterday to inquire about a bush replacement. Girl behind counter seemed bothered by my interruption, had to close book she was reading! There was a variety of this bush and I needed help. She went out to bushes with me (unwillingly) and pretty much mocked me about not knowing which bush it was. Finally figured out which variety it was. Had plenty of them but after the way I was treated, I turned around and left! Always before I've had great service here! Sad to have this experience!

Not very welcoming, clerk didn’t seem interested in helping, just pointed out the areas of the plants we asked about, will not be going back.

The woman with the blue/grey hair and glasses needs to learn better customer service. We came in with a simple question and she seemed like she couldn't be bothered to give us good information. Then, her phone rang and she brushed me off to take the call.

Adorable as hell inside and out. The prices on indoor plants are amazing and there's a mini art gallery you can look through from local artists. Just a plus 10 out of 10 all around prices on everything is fantastic. Came in to look at some flowers and asked the staff about some things and ended up bringing these two beautiful gems home. I couldn't help it. The succulents are cute and whatever this ZZ plant is I got to learn to care for now is really pretty

Took awhile, but my wife and I have found our favorite Fort Collins nursery! Creekside is wonderful. Lots of pots, perennials, trees, bird baths... everything a garden needs!
